What Teachers & Librarians say about Donna's presentations

Donna Cangelosi's visit with our PreK through 5th grade students was such a wonderful experience. Students were not only captivated by her storytelling, but they were also inspired by her personal story of how she turned her idea into a book. We were thrilled to have her visit our school and would happily have her back...Highly recommend having her visit your school! ~Marissa Hyde, Library Media Specialist, HoHoKus Public Schools, NJ

Donna Cangelosi visited our local elementary school to discuss her book "Mister Rogers' Gift of Music." Her presentation was wonderful! It was warm and heartfelt! Both the book and her presentation send a meaningful message that everyone can learn from. ~Beth Verblaauw, Florida Public Library, NY

Donna Cangelosi did a wonderful job readin
g her book "Mister Rogers' Gift of Music" to children. She was very engaging with the audience and even had a Mister Rogers doll that the kids loved! Afterwards, children created their own cardigan project. I would definitely recommend Donna at any children's event! ~Bernadette Titterington, Senior Librarian, Wayne, NJ

Our second grade students were lucky to have a visit from Donna Cangelosi. Her love of reading and her passion for her story, "Mister Rogers' Gift of Music" was portrayed the moment she entered the room. This feeling of excitement conveyed itself throughout the room. As the story unfolded, the children were quickly drawn to the brightly colored illustrations and Mister Rogers prop. They learned about the power of music and the importance of encouraging and inspiring others to be their best selves. This book is a win-win for all. A win for having Donna read to your children and a win for the phenomenal story (and message!) that will have your children wanting more! -Jenna DePasquale, Second Grade Teacher, Nishuane School, Montclair, NJ
